TYPE 1X (PERMEABLE SUB-BASE)
Type 1 X is a 40mm down permeable sub-base that has been screened to create a reduced fines aggregate (not zero fines). It is the most widely used sub-base where less fines are required such as sports pitches, equestrian arenas, driveways (permeable paving) and tennis courts where the blockage of drains is an issue with conventional MOT Type 1.

DELIVERY
Longwater gravel provides both a collection and delivery service. Our experienced staff will load your truck or trailer with our modern loading shovels or deliver it direct to your site/address, it's all part of the service.

- 24 hour notice is usually enough for a delivery.
